    Problem filling petrol

Hey guys, I'm having issues trying to fill petrol in a 96 ZG. I will get about 1L of petrol in before it starts clicking and acts like the tank is full, which it isn't. I have tried three different servos and get the same problem everywhere. Once the initial 1L goes in, the fuel will start coming back out and it will create a small puddle over the filler flap.

I've pulled of the vent hose and tried blowing air in both directions and it doesn't seem blocked.

Would anyone have any suggestions before I send it to jeep

Tjs have the same problem mate, try turning the nozzle anti clockwise a bit, or hold the lever in half way so its flows slower

Yep, Pull the nossel back a notch & fill at 3/4 speed. PITA but it works

Thanks guys, I've tried all that and even tried filling at 1/10 speed with the nozzle in all different type of postions. It still clicked and the petrol came back out. I also tried with a jerry can and get the same problem.
