    Heater Control Levers Light / Globe...? 95 XJ

    Anyone had to replace the Heater Control Lever bulb? Mine has gone out looks like a major pull the whole bloody dash apart....

    bit of buggering around.

    steering column shrouds off, instrument cluster surround off, then its 4 screws from memory... pop the heater controls out and yeh there she is

    Mine blew......... i said next time im in there doing something else ill worry about it instead of making a dedicated job of it

      have to remove the steering shroud and the dash facia and you can then get your fingers in the side to pop out the bulb holder.
      Just a little thing to remember i changed my heater light bulb and all the other small bulbs (switches etc) blew one after the other so while you have the facia off change all the bulbs

        Thanks Guys....I went to do it today and thought more work than I thought. I'm doing white gauges soon so I'll do it all together. I'll do all the globes at the same time that makes sense as well...Bloody anoys me its out, I'm fussy like that...
