An OBD dongle and the jscan app will let you disable the TPMS system. Pretty sure you can also troubleshoot which wheel is misbehaving as well but I just turned it off on the daughters JK

How much does one cost to replace at the Stealers??

How long do the factory ones last?

Not sure how much to replace, but the ones on my '08 are still working fine.

My 2007 build doesn't have these.
Just out of interest do the tyre sensors have replaceable batteries in them, or do you need to replace the entire sensor its self ?

Got a Mazda 2 (no sensors) but the tyre pressures are calculated by rotation of the tyre itself.

JK sensors do not have replaceable sensors and last time I looked they were not particularly affordable (about $30 each for aftermarket or $80 OEM from Rock Auto) Other makes may have a replaceable battery but considering the battery life easily exceeds the warranty period the manufacturers wouldn't see making them repairable a priority.
