A spare for Jambo

Hi All,

I just upgraded to 265/70R17 on my WH. I bought new wheels to fit them with a better offset then stock.

However, I only bought 4......

So, can I fit a 265/70R17 to a standard rim and use it as a spare?

I imagine it won't fit on the front due to stock offset, but would it fit ok on the back?
If so, I could swap a rear for a front if I am really in a pinch.

It will fit rear. It will also fit under the back with the towbar mod.

Fit a 245/75/17 to one of your stock rim.
O/D is close enough to a 265/70 that you won't have any issues.

Mine fits in the spare wheel well with no air in it, I pump it up to 30 psi oonce in place to stop the low tyre pressure alarm.

Slight rubbing on the front sway bar, but only on full lock.
