          Pushed it up and then retracted, with "cannot contact seller". He's cancelled lots of bids with the message "Email the seller" so hopefully my retraction will also be noticed by others.

            I'm a bit surprised that it's still on ebay to tell you the truth. Obviously ebay don't really give a stuff.

            I've jut gone and bid $100,000 and I'm thinking I should probably be reporting this to the cops.....not really keen on people getting ripped off and with my Jeep being used as the bait.

              I was just looking at this, and noticed there is a vehicle buyers protection scheme on ebay. I wonder if these people are trying to scam ebay by getting one of his mates to pay for the Jeep and then get money back from this ebay protection and splitting it with the fraudulent seller. Perhaps if someone put in a valid bid and see if that gets cancelled.

              Surely eBay should have done something by now.
