My ZJ gets mobil one and that's it for the engine. I have not done a rear main seal or front crank seal. the rocker cover seal started leaking oil and I removed it for replacement and the inside of my engine is as clean as the day it was built. the push rods and rocker gear are still gold in colour with no blackness on anything. the rocker cover was that clean I did not have to clean out the inside at all. 5w50 I use and does all year around. This cleanliness helps things like the PCV operation as it will never block up and in turn keeps crankcase contaminants to a low. Filters are WIX or Baldwin. Full syn oil I swear by to the day I die. The trans get ATF+4 only, dexron is not even good enough to start a fire with. Even my old Xj gets syn in the trans to. Diffs are full syn Mopar or Castrol.
