gonna be cleaning mine inside and out its full of mud from the weekend, removing the plastic corners off the rear bumper and try to figure out a way to fit my 32" spare on the stock carrier so it doesnt have to sit in the back anymore

      I used to carry a 32 x 11.5 tyre on the stock carrier on a stock 15 x 7 rim.

Had to raise the 3rd brake light. I used nuts as spacers.

Removed the rubber bumps on the tailgate completely. On the 15 x 7 rim, the tyre was very snug against the taillgate.

And had to remove the hideous plastic number plate mount on the stock bumper. At first I just cut off the top lip protruding above the bumper, but that looked even worse. Ended up taking it off completely and re-postioning the number plate lights much closer to number plate - not easy - the stock bumper is extremely hard to drill.

I bought a space similar to black jacks but it puts way to much pressure on the tailgate and hangs out so far it moves around and looks terrible

pulled the tyre off the bead the other day this was the result had to get an axe to chip the mud out of the rim so i could get to the nuts and remove it.

it happen a couple hours earlier but i couldnt reset the bead this time as it smashed the valve stem somehow

I have been accumuating a few parts and have a big buildup planned in the next week or so.

                Banks full exhaust
Clayton long arm kit 3.5" lift
                SYE
                4.56 gears
                smitty built flares
                33" tyres

I have been madly reading up the various how to write ups around, and buying a few new tools.

I am planning to put about a week aside. I have never done gears before, so figure I will pull the diffs and axels and do it all on the bench rather than under the car. I will post up some pics as I progress.
