Having issues with battery going flat on a 9 month old Grand Cherokee L. Been to service centre and was advised that battery is faulty. Replaced to new battery and issue still persists. Any advice?

You need for them to a parasitic draw test and investigate which module/computer is not going to sleep. The residual draw after approx 30mins after the car is locked should be less than 30 milliamps any more would suggest further investigation. -
Many owners in the US are also complaining of battery drain ! The dealer should have TSBs for a few of the suspect causes.such as disconnecting the Unconnect app etc,others include faulty rear hatch switch etc.Also there appears to be a faulty batch of Mopar batteries fitted ,would get the battery charged then load tested.Last edited by bjm; 16-07-2024, 11:32 AM.Comment
