2.7 CRD exhaust blowing behind turbo

Any info on how to get to the exhaust clamp/gasket behind the turbo

I had mine replaced at a local exhaust shop - my dad jacked the transmission too far up after replacing the transmission mount. The exhaust post cat section had to be cut off and rewelded in order to properly install the new gasket and clamp.
