WJ 4-0 misfires when hot

otherwise runs fine. but hot day, big load, startsc to miss like one plug not firing. had mechanic look at it and changed all the plugs, then it ran fine, but by then it had cooled down as well. I'm thinking coil pack? no fault codes. Ideas?

Sounds like coil pack to me.

I used to be indecisive but now Im not so sure!!!
